Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are only given in the circumstances set out in the terms and conditions.

If you have arranged to return items to us, we will refund you as soon as possible where applicable:

Refund Payment:

All returned goods are examined on arrival.  We will confirm refunds via e-mail as soon as possible. We will then process the refund due to you as soon as possible. Refunds being made under the seven working day cooling off period will be made within 30 days of the date on which you gave us notice of cancellation of the Contract between you and us. All other refunds will be made at the latest within thirty days of the day we confirm via e-mail that we will be refunding you.  Please note that your credit card company may take a few days before refunding your card account after we have instructed them to refund you.  Refunds will be made via the same method by which they were paid for.

This Returns Policy does not affect your rights under law.

  

Exchanges:

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges at this time.
